my clen cycle log (will update )

thought id make a clen thread 4 every1 whos interested to read ....

i took 40mcg fri missed sat/sun/mon so not an ideal start but got moved off 4 work unexpectedly ,then took 4 the following days dosages starting on tues and straight through till now (sat) like this 60/60/70/80/70-75

at 40 mcg i felt the hands go and some sweats blood pressure norm 120/80 when bumped upto 60 just felt same as day b4 but body temp getting hotter and blood pressure wa 138/82 and rhr 83, same 4 next 60mcg bp 144/85 rhr 87 plus started to get feet cramps big time !!!!, then 4 the 70 more pronounced shakes and a kinda high or alert feeling (id say due to high rhr and bp ) bp was 150/92 (so im getting worried here with the high bp and rhr 90, then yesterday for the 80mcg wow what a jump in sides not so in dosage but sides big time , hands shaking like a leaf , head aches sporadically, bp 159/101 and rhr 98 !!!! im freaking out as a trainer i know bp should be 120/80 give n take a little and rhr between 70-80 we'll get back to this , also more cramping this time in the neck , and near my serratus on the right side , and had a real high/alert feeling (again assuming from the high bp/rhr) and by the end of the day im buggered heaps tired lathargic again id say coz my heart rate was at a 100 its like ive jogged ALL DAY !!!!!

so getting bloodwork done on tues 4 upcoming cycle and gonna get bp checked properly will still be on the 80-90mcg area and see what the doc says .....

my bp monitor is the wrist type $100 from chemist so not to shabby put cuff on left hand and bring arm up to heart height across chest so not sure if its this thats giving high readings or the clen , im guessing the clen..

should i be worried with readings like this whilst on or is this norm ?

ok just checked bp and rhr put on left arm reading was 152/95 rhr 85 no tabs this morn , put on right wrist and was 132/82 rhr82 ? what the gives checked right again same lower reading checked left side again same higher reading , what gives ??????? from my knowledge swapping sides doesnt matter and should give same readings true ????

hope some 1 can help me out here with my last few questions (eclenbuterol rep around ) will jump back in soon and keep you all updated , oh yeah today i wont be taking 80 prob go back down to 70mcg was farked yesterday and with highbp readings dont wanna push it just in case

I would lower the dose to drop the bp a bit. Also you can take taurine and potassium for the shakes and cramps. At the end of the two weeks I would stop and give it a rest for two weeks. I noticed more sides at a lower dose the first time I did clen then on my second cycle I had less sides at a higher dose and better results. Thanks for your log, it might help out people who are thinking of using clen.

yeah did that today bro (drop dose took it down to 70mcg) also am doing the 2 week on 2 week off style .... found some taurine potass tabs thanks 4 heads up ..... yeah havent seen a clen log so thought id put it up there ..... ok thats great so 2nd week less sides on higher dosages good !!!!

will still be gettin bp/rhr checked on tues with blood test just to be sure

Keep and eye on that BP for sure that kind of bothers me a bit. Clen is one of those drugs you just have to experiment with to find what dose fits you. Just don't have a stroke trying to figure it out.

About 120MCg is all I can handle remember to take it slow and easy.

wow, at 120mcg I didnt feel half as bad as you. Hand shaking comes with the territory, increased body temp (i would sweat like a slave when i sleep), but my bp never really did much. never had feet cramps or general feeling of shit, but then again Ive done clen so many times i guess im just used to it all. Try giving yourself an injection in the glutes when you cant even keep your hand straight. Fun stuff....

well managed to leave todays dosage at home had to race to work so not exactly ideal but 1 day wont hurt i dont think ?????? will be back on tomorrow at 70 mcg other than that hands still shaky not to bad but head aches are staying around can i tale nurofen/panadol whilst on at all ?

continuing on 70-75 mgs with all usual sides nothing to pronounced like other day 1 more day here then ill take upto 80 again ...get blood test tomorow so will post details once i get results normally about a week or 2 , preparing 4 upcoming cycle played some basketball this arvo 4 change of cardio and noticed i was short of breath rather quickly still training 4-5 days a week nothing to interesting to report

as posted yesterday took 70mcgs will up it tomorrow blood pressure still high 148/87 , pretty shaky , no head aches , gonna take 80 tomorrow see if it knocks me about again
