Winstrol keeping me up?

Hey guys i have been habing trouble sleeping, both falling asleep and staying asleep. I was wondereing if yall have heard of winstrol or dbol causeing this problem? Thanks

Some people do have sleep issues when on dbol as well as other steroids. Just take some benadryl or get a script for ambien. Are you taking both the dbol and winstrol orally? How is your cycle laid out?

yea, im taking them both orally. And i have been taking nyquil cause i have a bad cold thats been lingering.. but the last couple days i just cant get much sleep. Maybe its the cold

On a serious note, when in the day are u hitting the gym houseb? I hit it in the eve normally and eat like hell afterward and find i am wore the hell out and looking for the bed!

i am in the gym around 430-7 and eat afterwards. I think it was the cold that was keeping me up, i havent had touble sleeping for the past two nights now. Thanks for the input guys

That's good House. I forgot to address the issue with two orals. You shouldn't be doing two at the same time as it is taxing on your liver. Hopefully this is a short cycle.
