I plan on running a test prop cycle then work in winny. I also plan on nolva and HCG for a PCT. Does that sound about right?
I have ran one cycle like 7 years ago and I was extremely inexperienced so I want to run one now and do it right. I am plenty strong, I just want something to cut me up a bit. I am doing cardio 4x/wk and lifting a min. of
3x/wk, and my diet is great. I hope I covered everything.

Prop and winstrol will be a nice cycle. How are you going to run it and what are you doing for pct?

test prop 50mg QD and then add winny either 50mgQD or 100mg QOD for the last 4 weeks.
My PCT will by nolva 20mg QD for 5 weeks then 10mg QD for one week. I will do HCG 500iu's QD for the first three weeks.
I will start my PCT on the day after my last shot.
Should I run winny past the test or end on the same day?

Unless you really like to pin I would do the prop at 100mg EOD. If your doing your winstrol orally I would take it at 50mg ED. If injecting then 100mg EOD would be fine. There really is no reason to run the winstrol past the prop being they both have short esters. Your pct could be cut down some unless you have had a hard time recovering in the past. You could run nolva 20mg ED for 2 weeks the 10mg ED for 3 more weeks. If you feel you need longer then add another week. I would run the HCG during cycle starting around week 3. Run it at 250IU's twice per week and that will prevent atrophy of the testes.

That sounds good Florida. I am also an pretty aggressive, will the cycle make me worse?

The whole roid rage thing is exagerated, but if your a jerk off cycle then you can bet you'll be one while on. You just have to keep yourself in check. Use the aggresiveness in the gym to your advantage.

Ya, I think that if your going to roid rage then your going to on or off your cycle. I will try to keep myself in check. I have turned my garage into a full gym with cardio in my basement so I can lift whenever. While on a cycle can I overtrain if I am eating and sleeping good.
