quality gear question

Hey im going to be going down to the land of tequila(mexico) and was going to grab some gear... but my question is Should i trust that quaility? Also is vet gear safe to use ? is there a big differnce between vet and pharm grade??

cause im just looking to grab some test c or e.... and if i can find it some t-bol

so i just wanted to ask the experinced ppl who have had some experince with using gear that come from tequila land is it worth using and is it safe?

I would buy a whatmans filter just incase it's cheap and can save you from a infection. Bascially pharma grade has to meet higher standards when making the gear because it's regulated by the FDA so there is certain guidelines that they have to follow.

so the stuff will still do teh job but i just got to be do a extra step or 2 ..to make sure it is safe for when i do use it?

It will work just fine if it isn't fake. I've used vet gear before with no problems. Eventhough it is not for human use it is still required to be sterile but as eclen said it would be best to filter.

so let me see if i have this correct..... pharm grade and vet grade are the same chemical correct? the only diff is one is a little cleaner then the other?

Thats correct. Most all mammals have the same hormones. Males have testosterone, females have estrogen ect... I would much rather have vet grade over some bath tub shit anyway. US PHARM grade is guarenteed to be of the higest of quality and approved for use by the FDA. Some PHARM grade gear is not approved for use by the FDA and therfore cannot be sold in the USA. Anyway vet gear is good to go.

They are the same hormones and should both be sterile. The difference is pharm gear is regulated under stricter guidelines from FDA if approved for use in the US. That isn't just for "cleanliness" but for accurate mg to ml ratios, purity/quality and things like that.

but how is vet grad gear on mg to ml ratio ? and purity and quality? on avarge?

cause i knwo if it is not as clean(steril) as it shoudl be i can run it threw a filter and or bake it to take care of that prob right?( will baking it weaken the gear at all?)

like Florida said, Vet gear is produced with a little more "wiggle room" allowed. Doesn't quite have to be as consistent as something FDA approved. Remember, livestock is big money. Go price a cow and then multiply by two thousand head. No farmer is going to buy crap that'll infect his livestock with something harmful. People forget that Vet medicine is still considered a medical field and is taken seriously...........if that makes any sense.

It all depends on the manufacturer IMO. Mexico is not known for great quality made gear but you could possibly find pharm grade gear there as well. Like I said earlier the biggest issue is getting real gear, vet or pharm grade. I would filter anything I get from there because if its fake it's not likely to be sterile either.
