bro it would depend alot on your diet, workoutrouties and so fourth. i don't know much about promo as i have never ran it..

Not a lot but what you do get will be good. Good primo, real primo is the lazy mains steroid. It works and helps grow muscle as long as you work out no matter what your diet is like. It works on low cals or high cals.

You should run it for at least 14 weeks though and then run a good pct. I never like to run it alone. A little test goes a long way.
