what pct should i take after a 8 week course of Winstrol and Clenbuterol and how much?

Nolvadex 20mg ED for 2 weeks then 10mg ED for 3 more weeks. That's as basic as it gets and should be fine for that cycle but you need to add some test in the cycle. Winstrol should not be run by itself. How do you plan on running your cycle?
