Got a question

Hey folks, new to the boards. I actually read every sticky to make sure I follow the forum rules.

I am 38, 6', 210 #'s.

Cycled for about 8 years on and off (off now for 3) and recently decided to get back into it. I got some product from a friend that decided not to use what he bought and am sitting here looking at it. Figure I would aks here.

I have:
10ML of Test Cyp
10ML of Deca
50 D-bol (25mg)

I am pretty happy with my weight right now, maybe 5-10 pounds would be ok as long as it is muscle..... but I really want to get a little size and more ripped. I have a reliable source that I can get about everything. So my question is....

Of what I have, will that accomplish what I am trying to do? And if so, how much should I take? Or should I cut out one of the above items and buy somethnig else on top of it?

P.S. I can always get more of the Test, Deca or Dbol for a longer cycle.

You need twice the ammount of test and deca to run just a 10wk cycle. You have plenty dbol for the whole cycle. You could take one of those a day for 50 days in the beginning of your cycle. I don't know what you cyp and deca are dosed at mg/ml but I would not want to run less than 500mg test and 400mg of deca. So that being said unless your test is 400mg/ml and your deca is 300mg/ml than 20ml won't be enough either. You may need 30 ml of each.

If you want to get ripped and gain a little muscle, Deca and Dianabol are not your compounds. I'd opt for a Test E or C and Equipoise cycle with six weeks of Winstrol at the end. That's my current cycle, actually. Save the Deca and Dianabol for later.

Here's what I'm doing. Something like this would be better suited to your goals:

weeks 1-18 Test E or C 500mg/wk
weeks 1-16 Equipoise 600mg/wk
weeks 15-20 Winstrol 50mg/day
weeks 4-18 HCG 500iu/wk {with a cycle of this length, I consider HCG mandatory}

Excuse me.. Im reading here again that Equipose is dosed 100mg/ml??? I'm from Holland and here it's 250mg/ml.. Isn't that strange??
And we call it Boldenone..

Boldenone Undeclynate is its chemical name. Usually, {over here at least} it's dosed 200mg/ml and less commonly 300mg/ml.

Yeah same name here too.. Only we have it in 250mg..
