TEST PROP/EQ CYCLE

Hello everyone,

I really need your all experiences embedded within my first cycle. I dont want to start it unless I am 100% sure that I am walking on the right path. I've been working out for 4years, and i've achieved what I thought I wanted, but the problem occurs in here:
After 4 years of working-hard I dropped about 40kg of fat naturally[used to be 130kg; now 90kg]. My aim was to get the 6 pack that I dreamt of , and I got it except that I couldnt get the lower part due to the small excess skin I have in the lower part of my abs.
In short, I am 24years old / 90kg / 188cm [Aim: a little bit more muscular than a BeachBody], and I really prefer to keep a lean muscled look + to be in the safe zone side.

11:30AM - 7oz tuna + viggies
2:00PM - ChickenBreast+viggies
4:00PM - supplements + hit the weights
6:00PM - 2scps Protein + 1Fruit(usually banana) + 1tbsp peanutbutter+1/4nonfat-milk
8:00PM - 2ChickenBreast+viggies
10:00PM- 2scps Protein before sleep
NOTICE:Some supplements are not included within the diet here such as flax,*****....

Sat:Cardio(sprints)+abs

Week3+4:
Sun: Chest+Tri
Mon: Back+Bie
Tues: Legs+Calves+Abs
Wed:OFF
Thurs:Shoulders+forearms
Fri:HeavyDuty (heavy weights on weakpoints[no shoulders training])
Sat:Cardio(sprints)+abs

Week5+6:

week1-11:
sun-tues-thur => equipoise 100mg overall[300mg\week]
week2-12:
sun-tues-thur => test prop 100mg overall[300mg\week] or should I inject the 300mg on sun everyweek?

HCG(2500IU) for PCT:
week12:
Run 500iu for 5 days
leaves 2 weeks between hcg and pct, allowing hcg to clear your system and hormones to re balance which will let the pct meds do their job

WEEK14:
PCT: Starts 21 days after last injection of EQ.
PCTDay 1:
100 mg clomid
40 mg nolva
PCTWeek1-3:
50mg clomid
20 mg nolva

In addition, I got in hands: test enanthate,test prop,eq,trenbolone
Is there a way to mix all these on 12weeks cycle. For example, I go little bulking(test enanthate) then test prop + tren at the end of the cycle for cuts. Or it's too much for a beginner to mix in the first cycle usage.


Should I change my workoutsSchedule per month, or just keep it as I mentioned above?
Is it an overkill for including the HCG in this cycle? Should I start HCG with the cycle wk 1-14: 250IU hcg twice weekly OR just keep it at the endof the cycle?
Am I overtraining by doing a lot of cardio? should I drop cardio on somedays?
I dont want to get buffed, I want small solid gains + more cuts&cuts.

1 more question:
Is it better to go with this:
week1-10 EQ 200mg per week
week2-11 test E 250mg per week
week10-13 test P 100mg 3 times a week
week10-13 tren 37.5mg EOD
should I increase the dosage?
is it good or should I just remove the test P + tren? and go with this cycle:
week1-11 EQ 300mg/week
week1-12 Test E 250mg/week
wk 1-14: 250IU hcg twice weekly
wk 15-17: PCT

Great job on your stats and info looks like you really put some work in planning it out. I will take a closer look at it later as i got to run. The only thing that stood out to me was the EQ dose and length of cycle 300mg a week is pretty low and 10wks a little shy as you won't start getting results in my opinion until the 6-8 wk. if it was me I would run it at 600mg a wk for 15-16 week with the test E at 500mg and use the prop at the end while waiting for the long esters to clear before pct. I'LL check you later as I am sure you'll get lots of input from others.

Fahlawa your diet looks good and it seems your workout is in check. Being that its your first cycle you want to keep it as simple as you can with as few compounds. Most would say a test only cycle, me included that way if you run into any problems you not what the cause is. Seeing how you have the EQ and if you decide to run it in this cycle you may as well run enough to see something off it. 300mg is low for EQ as I said before, though everyone reacts different from compound to compound. The lowest dose I have used with EQ is 400mg per week and was not that impressed and that was run for 12wks I think. Then I ran it at 600mg for 16wks which a friend recommended and was happy with the gains. Its not a steroid that will make you huge but the gain are hard unlike deca watery and very keepable with proper pct. as for the TREN not this time wait till you have a few cycles down I have yet to use it and may never as I hear the sides can be harsh. As for which test you use, up to you just keep in mind if you go with the prop you have to inject every other day and if you plan on running the EQ for the 16 weeks thats a lot of injecting.hows this sound. week1-16 EQ 600mg per week
week1-16 test E 500mg per week
week16-19 test P 100mg eod Start pct day after last shot of prop nolva 20/20/10/10 yea I know its a long ass cycle pretty much what I just started myself with sustanon and anvar but it works. So thats what I got for ya hcg never used. On and ending note 12wks of test 500mgs a wk with that diet and work you would see some nice results and it would be easy on ya.

Well, for your first cycle, quit trying to be clever. Just run 500mg of Test-e and make sure you have your PCT chemicals and an Anti-e on hand.

You'll do just fine and not have to worry about anything but growing...
