stats 30 170 5'10 low body fat % diet 7am 4eggs 10 protain shake 12pm chicken breast rice 3pm protain shake 5pm steak 7pm tuna 10 protain shake i work out 5 days a week for the past 4 years i havent seen no gains in the past year i am taking creatien thats all my question is how can i put on 10 more pounds of lean muscle should i take some more supplements or go with something better like var

a lot more food bro, this might get put into the diet section though as diet would be needed over supps. ill let the diet experts chime in on this though.

You're not gaining because you eat like a twelve year old girl. You have already been told half a dozen times in your previous threads that an oral only cycle is not recommended. I don't know why you expect to receive a different answer each time you pose this question. You don't need Anavar, you need food. If you want gains, eat like this. Problem solved.

This is why I like reading others threads, this is the second thing I came across in two days that I found was valuable information; enough to print out and stick on my fridge. Next time I hit the food store with the old lady, I plan on picking up these items. Great info...

Thanks, man. I just noticed a mistake I made in it though, so if you've already printed it out, you'll have to correct it. For the lifting day's meals, I accidentally wrote the meat in grams where I had meant to write ounces. It's 7oz of meat, not 7g {which is a bite, really}. Sorry about that.
