Newb... veterans please help me get started

I'm 39, from Canada, and I've been working out for 15 years in my home gym, and I have to say, I know NOTHING about steroids and this board and all the different names of products you guys are throwing around are confusing the hell out of me.?
Anyway, I'm noticing that my testosterone levels seemed to have lowered lately. Looking for something to help me pack on some muscle, strength and get my mojo flowing.

I recently talked to a relative and he told me he went on something called test? and he got some great gains from it. He also mentioned that he'd get me started on it, but to be honest I don't want to get it from him as he is family and I'm a little uncomfortable with that. I would prefer to order it over the internet (if that's possible).

So I understand this substance needs to be injected, where is the best place to buy it from? How much should I get? Does it come with syringes? It sounds like using 500 mg of test e for 10 weeks is my best bet, can I use this product alone without anything else.

Sorry for the newb sounding questions, just looking for somebody to help me get started out.

My first suggestion to you, at your age, is to get some bloodwork done. That will show if your test levels are low, and if you might have something else thats effecting you.

Get the work done... then we can go from there to intelligently guide you to where you want to be.

In the mean time, please study, read and learn as much as possible. Its critical that you understand what you do to your body when you inject chemicals such as these into it.

I appreciate the response and the concern, but I've been trying to read through this board for the last week and honestly, these people might as well be speaking chinese. Most of you sound like scientists in your posts. I have read about the various side effects seen with steroids and I have had my testosterone levels checked. They are consistant with anybody else my age as in they are normal, but starting to slightly diminish with age.

I have taken andro in the past so I'm not a complete virgin. I'm really just trying to figure out where I can get some decent products and how much I should take? How much will I need to buy to last 10 weeks?

From the research I have done so far, it seems like 500 mgs of test e for 10 weeks is my best bet. I don't plan on stacking it with anything.

I have a full head of hair and I plan on keeping it that way so I'm also looking into picking up some Finasteride... though I'm not sure about how valid a concern of hair loss is after only one cycle?

You can get a girl pregnant the first time you fuck her and you can lose your hair the first time you roid up. Your best bet is to hit hair loss from several angles. Mine is currently thinning out a bit, so I'm using 5% Minoxidil twice a day and washing my head with Nizoral {dandruff shampoo} every other day. You can get both on Amazon cheap. I've got Finasteride on the way which I'll begin taking at 1mg/day. If you're concerned about your follicles, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Concerning your cycle, you're correct that 500mg/wk of a long estered Test like Cypionate or Enanthate is what's recommended. Assuming it's dosed at 250mg/ml, as it usually is, you'll need 20ml for a ten week cycle. Also, be sure to get some Arimidex in case of gyno issues and have your PCT on hand before you start your cycle. Get Nolvadex and begin taking it two weeks after your last shot of Test. Take 20mg/day for two weeks followed by three weeks at 10mg/day.
