well in halifax - gym is closed-goin to chill eat some seafood-back at tommorrow-ill be training back tommorrow-looking forward to a big heavy mid back workout

its a machine u sit in and pull towards u-you can use either one arm or two- it has posts on the sides where u can add plates i usually and 5x45lbs to each side-i dont know if they have a machine like that here at the gym in halifax-leaving in a couple hours to check it out

just got back from gym-good news-500lb squat 4 reps-i actually believe i got a shot at 600lbs-that would be cool-ill update as often as i can-going to try to do back-shoulders-triceps tommorrow

was a good workout-went up 30lbs on standing behind the neck presses-went up 20 lbs on tri-extentions-did 4 plates on t-bar rows

did deadlifts and calfs today-didnt go up in weight on deads but they were a little easier-i figure in a couple more weeks ill able to do 405 for reps-c u guys tues

On the last post, a before and after picture would look sick. Your in the middle of your cycle and your weights are going up HUGE.
