thanks guys-chest tommorrow going to try 400lbs on declines-ill update body weight gains once my vacation is over and back in routine-i increased test 50mg in my shoulder shot-looks like another 5 lbs on body weight

chest workout was iffy today-bench was 295 4reps which remained the same but went up to 245 to the neck presses -after that i was played out-no energy today probably all the traveling-ill do back and biceps before i leave for toronto-ill tell you guys one thing cant wait to get back on routine next week- the 400lb decline will have to wait-later guys

when i first started this program i did 225 on decline bench-and now i can do 315lbs for 8 reps.i was going to try 405lbs on my next chest workout-even if i dont reach that weight next week i will soon so if u do the math i guess its true i would have had an increase of 180lbs-i didnt even realize it-------------thats pretty cool

worked lower back and traps this mourning-no change in weights used-not feeling strong this weak at all-tired annoyed-cant see it being overtraining-the onlything it may be is i take 100mg of anandrol every 18hrs that = to two 50mg tabs-when i did my last order i forgot to double it so the last week ive only been taking 50mg a day-until i can get some more-which will probably be tommorrow-if this is the case then it proves anadrol is some pretty strong stuff-but on the down side when u stop taking it u get weaker-i guess time will tell-but i only planned on using it one more week(next week_ for a total of six weeks) i think im going to switch to d-bol my next cycle-im very curious on which compond is more effective-i look forward to exparimenting with these two compounds-one thing forsure-which makes this thread a useful tool cause i can look back and see what has happened throughout my cycle-im also curious to c how the deca will come into play-ive read it dosent start kicking in until 12-14th week-one thing ive noticed though is my joints feel quite good in comparison to my last cycle-which is odd seeing how the deca shouldnt be taking affect yet-according to what some people say- deca should be run at least 12 weeks so im thinking maybe ill run this cycle 18 weeks intead of 16weeks-anyways we:ll c what happens

buy the way still no signs of any side effects besides a lot of moodynesss this week-that could be all the travelling im doing-this passion we share is funny-even know we r doing these drugs and offering each other advice-its such an individual thing-we each half to tweak are routines'drugs etc-thers still alot people cant help us with we half to take r own journey,even though we start on the same path-----------where we end up can be very different
