back and biceps today went great finally went up in weight on the preacher curls 20lbs-as for back pulldowns front and back i had increases as well-i was worried for a while there -i guess the 50mg less of anadrol didnt have an effect-but i did do my shots the other day-im gonna try to pay attention to the way i feel the day after my shots-could have something to do with that ill see what happens-leaving for toronto tommorrow so i wont work out til probably sat-take care lads

well its monday finally-my new routine is going to be this

mon-legs
tues-abs and calves
wed-back
thurs-forarms and lower back
fri-shoulders and triceps
sat-abs and calves
sun-chest and biceps

also i didnt end up recieving my anadrol-im getting it on tuesday probably-im not going to take them-i want to c if theres any change in not taking them(weight loss,weight gain,gains or losses in strength,loss of bloat etc)if i decide to take them im going to get a blood work up before and after taking them.i suppose i should of done this sooner but as i stated earlier i only planned on running them 6 weeks-but i half to say this compound has me curious-i want to make the most from my third cycle which i will probably start dec-jan,so any information i gather can only benefit me

well i did legs today it went well except for th part where i had 455lbs on my back and the smith-machine started to tilt over-that fuckin blew my mind set-looks like ill go to 200lbs on the hack squat next week and i also went up to 200lbs on leg curls-its about time been stuck on that weight for awhile-well im at the body weight now that i was after my last cycle and 8-10weeks left on cycle-this is good news

back is alittle knotted up in my mid back and upper neck after that accident on the smith machine-im thinking about trying my squats in the squat rack-but i find i can better isolate my quads-less body parts coming into play-i dont know well c next week-abs and calves today-have a good day guys
