well my back felt pretty good today considering-i didnt push hard on presses behind the neck because i do them standing up andthat places stress on my mid back but i only did 30lbs less then before,im not worried ,should be able to push max. next week

hopefully that was the last injury lol til tommorrow lads

just got back from the gym and stepped on the scale-dropped 5lbs.Most likely because one im off anandrol now and two because i hurt myself and been concertrating on sleeping and trying to heal,by not breaking my sleep and getting twice during the night to eat.Im sure i shouldnt have any problems getting the weight back.On a good note i felt strong on my deadlifts today,usually i struggle to get that sixth rep in but i bangged out 6 reps no problem,gonna try upping it to 365lbs from 315lbs next time.Standing calve raises went well too-added an extra 90lbs-for a total of 540lbs,didnt think my back could handle it but i didnt have any problems----------talk after i train chest-biceps later

work-out was great was able to bang out 6 reps with 295lbs on flat bench,benching to the neck i decided to change,i found upper chest wasnt filling out the way i want.I decided to go with incline bench.I only did 145lbs for 6 reps,but im sure that"ll change rather quickly,I didnt have my spotter today so i didnt do declines,i did it on some stupid machine.Biceps went well went up 10lbs on preacher--------------till next time lads

abs and forearms today,went well went up in weight on reverse curls and wrist curls.starting to see alot more definition ,especially the abs and shoulders
