well week one is over--the wieght ive been using was just a fellin out process
highlights weight gain was 5-10lbs which was expected
week two i start throwing big weight around--this is where itll get fun

Sweet man. 10 pounds the first week is awesome. Your weights should really start to jump up too.

ya this week i get into the 4 rep 2 forced rep routine should be awsome
as i side note i added another 100mg of test cypinate to the mix
i felt shitty last week but i always do when i start dieting-right now i feel fantastic
ive figured out that the deca causes me i little pain the day after the shot
but the cypinate couldnt be any smoother=-ive had no side effects at all-but ill keep u guys posted if any occur

well its 1230am sittin here havin my 8th shake-gotta get up for work in 3hrs-its funny my body startin to no when its time to have a shake-havnt had to use my alarm clock to wake up the last few nights i seem to wake up a minute or too be it goes off lol

abs and deadlifts today- lookin forward to the test kickin in-body gettin used to diet-how u ask-sittin on the can 4 times a dayl lol

well it was the first heayy leg day i was very happy-the end of my last cycle i was squating 500lbs-i believe i got a shot of hitting 600lbs this time around-body feels good-no sides-waking up in the mourning ive found that im pretty pumped-im considering uping my test cyp too 700mg-but im going to wait 1 more week to see if i get any sides-also i have recently learned that anadrol has a half life of 9hrs so instead of taking 100mg every 24hrs im taking it every 18hrs--i dont want to waste it-balls out-all the way-this is going to be an amazing cycle-talk soon!!!!!
