ive decided to try high reps for small body parts, just for a change i tried this on wrist curls and the pump was awsome-itll be hard adjust to the change but i gotta try it-so im curious to see if i grow-

whey powder 450 cal
total cal 930 cal x 8 shakes=7740
this doesnt include snacks or creatine cal

total protein per day 968 grams
total fat 140 grams
total carbs 204 grams


i was supposed to train shoulders and triceps today but work been fuckin crazy al do it tomorrow with back later boys up with the iron
i eat like this to maintain my anabolic cycle-thats why eat every 3 hours 24/7-i even set my alarm to wake up twice during the night

but the great thing about whey powder its digested rather quickly so my body gets every thing i need efficiently all the time and the casenate protien in the milk takes longer so im always getting a constant stream of protien-i do eat its just that i dont rely on eating if i do i drop a shake-remember diet is 90% of the battle-if your diet is shit your not going to grow and recover-getting any extra fat off is the easy part

well its sunday looks like i gained another 5-7lbs.so lets recap-stating weight 250-255lbs now 265-270lbs so in 2 weeks ive put on 15-17lbs-ive uped my test to 700mg yesterday it will be my third injection still no signs of any sides
