how many solid meals do you eat in a day?

i make sure too drink 16oz of cranberry juice a day and lots of water-this takes care of my kidneys- as far as solid food goes i snack-if i have a meal full meal i will cut a shake out-this usually happens on the weekend-good questions-updates for back shoulder and triceps are posted

so my first heavy workout is over week 2-week 3 is where the steriods should make the difference in strength-we will find out tommorrow-chest and biceps

may be u can suggest one better id would love to see it-keep in mind i work 5am to 130pm-do u no how exspensive and how much time it would take me to get what i need-your suggestions r more then welcome-i can prepare my shakes and vitimans in a half hour my grocery bill is 400 a month

any diet suggestions would be welcome-i would be curious-ive tried eating to get what i need-i tell ya its tuff specially when your not hungrey-not to mention the time involved

just cook big batches of chicken, steak, salmon, rice, pasta, potatoes, veggies etc. portion them out into tupperware and freeze them a few days in advance. that's what i do and i only have about 4 hours between work and sleep on weekdays, minus another hour and half going to and from the gym.

what does that cost you-can u eat 7400 cal a day- do u live here in canada chicken fish r exspensive-shit to get the protien i need even 400grams would cost me a fortune.a club pack of chicken breast cost 22 bucks times 30 days would cost me 660 bucks thats just chicken-

i'm in sask. i spend about 300/month on groceries and my main sources of protein are steak and chicken. i take in 5500-6500 cals/day when on cycle. if you're taking in real food, i doubt you'd have to get in so much protein as it would take longer to digest and your body would probably absorb more of it than shakes. crush a few salads with meals.

get your your meat from a butcher or costco if there's one in your area. both are cheaper than any supermarket.

had too cut the workout down a bit-bought a new car today-shit load of runnin around to do-good news is went up 10lbs in bench and 5lbs in preacher curls-gotta finalize deal with car tommorrow so ill take the day off-had two big workouts-ill get some rest legs wed

Yea, I'm telling ya man, you need more food. Shakes are great and easy but real meat is what you need.
