it's not really a question of putting on twice as much weight, it's a matter of giving your body what it needs to stay healthy. even with the vitamins you're taking, you aren't getting enough of certain nutrients that are abundant in regular foods.

and drinking cranberry juice won't protect your kidneys from taking in nearly a kilo of protein a day. the most i've ever personally known someone to do was my old boss at 500g, and he was an inch shorter than you but just as heavy, and he was ridiculously lean.

it will take you about an hour and a half to prepare enough healthy food for 2 or 3 days, this is nothing to a guy who only works from 5-1.

there's a warning on the side of protein products that says 'do not use as a sole source of nutrtion' and it's there for a reason.

thanx for the advice i guess its a good thing i do this only 4 months a year-did i mention i smoke a pack a day lol-healthy lifestye always been a challenge for me u can read between the lines on this one-lifting weights brings structure to my life-routine-routine-try to live my life one rep at a time-thanx again for taking the time on this issue-im not saying im going to take your advice tues-sat but ill try on my days off from work.
