what you benching now mate, what did you go from benching before

i always update the weights i use at the very begining of thread-but since u want to know-week 1 215lbs 4 reps to forced-end of week 3 275lbs 4 reps

at the end of my last cycle i was benching 295lbs 6 reps-so i think i got a good shot at 350-400lbs

how much of your gains did you keep, it seems to me you lost qhite a bit

i started my first cycle at 245-highest body weight was 280-then finished at 265-i lost a lot of fat-i stilled retained more mucsle then when i started-after pct i wasnt very active at the gym-this time around will be different-i still beneifitted from cycle one

thats good man i bet if you keep this up you bench 400lb easy, nd will be able to bench 360lb of cycle

actually its working out great-i have to 5 shots-but its real smooth-im going to stick with-it
at first i was freakin cause the cycle i did before this was a test blend and the concentration was huge-325ml-it was hell-i knottted up so bad i could hardly walk-ill take the 5 shots over that any day
