well today was tough i mentioned i wanted to change my workouts so on my days off i could train chest-bis on sun and shoulder-tris on monday-well my tris were a little toast from chest yesterday so i couldnt do close grip today-and rear delts were shot from bench on sunday so i couldnt go up in weight on behind the neck presses-so goin tweek things a bit-good news i went up in weight on upright rows-20lbs

abs and calves today-today was my high rep day on calves-really starting to notice muscle seperation through out my body -legs tommorrow hopefully i can reach 400lbs-til tommorrow lads

awsome day squated 405lbs for 4 reps-went up 30lbs on hack squats-great day

70lb increase on bench and over 100lb increase on squat in just 4 weeks that is good keep it up
