good mourning-couldnt wait till the girlfriend woke up to measure me-so heres the rough results-u can c them at the begining of thread-it was what i expected-i didnt measure chest yet i have a hard time doin that my self-but it looks like i gained an inch-i definatly find i will exceed last cycle in size and strength-im training chest and triceps today-ill throw a bit of back in there too-since i missed that workout- over all im happy about my gains talk later lads


decided to run anadrol 2 more weeks-i was thinkin of running some anavar or winstrol my last 4 weeks to harden- if i use any of these would i half to drop my calories-if i half to id rather wait til pct and run clen

i found it difficult to hold my strength in weeks after pct

any thoughts on these two issues r more the welcome

look forward to hearing from u guys

by the way still no serious sides-my hair is fizzing its funny-happened last time too

just got back from the gymn great news i trained chest and triceps-hit 300 lbs on flat bench and 305 on decline for 8 reps-a power lifter friend of mine told me hed spot me for a 400lb lift-this is fun-ill tell you guys one thing i seem to focus aggression during lifting-its like an adreneline rush-i banged out 8 reps like it was nothin im so jazzed this is going to be an awsome cycle-seems skys the limit-til later lads

worked abs and forearms today-goig to be heading to nova scotia for vacation for a few days-i plan to workout up there-dont know if ill access to a computer but il update when i get back probably sat-sun-then back til thursday then off to toronto to go c judas priest-cant wait-til then lads lift hard
