Re: skin is itchy crawly No, it's not allergies. Unfortunately, it's a side effect of low estrogen, but it also is a side effect of low serotonin. You could try taking inositol (which is classified as a B vitamin but we make it, somestimes nto enough though) at night with dinner to see if it will help. It supposedly helps with anxiety etc.
