New to the board and everone has been great. This is the first thread on diet so I hope someone can help

For the experts out there this might even challenge you.

390lbs
122/80 bp
100 heart rate
unknown BF
As strange ass it might sound I am in OK cardio, I play raquette ball and walk a couple of miles on the tredmill.

Yes I am Fat but not obes. hanging to the floor. Look more like shrek.
Stats:
Bnch/435
military/405
squat olyimpic style 495 (Butt on the Floor)
Clean and Jerk 370
Snatch 315

The only type of weight lifting I have done has been Olympic Style. Just resently (6month) have gotten interested in Bodybuilding.

I think I could love your sport. Much more complicated than I had ever thought.

Half way done with my very first cycle (of 16wks) and am responding well to it. But I have never worried about a diet much hence the 390lbs

Since I have been into this cycle I have manly depended on shakes and bars to get the protein I need. I eat plenty of Fruit and Veg for carbs

Goal is 330lbs and not one once of muscle loss (Just to hard to get) Time is not a problem and since I started the cycle I lost about 30lbs and put it right back on but close are definatley fitting better.

Average day:
5:00 am shake with 52grm protein
5:40 Creatine drink and a picse of fruit
5:45 Workout
6:45 dose with slin and drink a shake 80 gr prot and another creatine drink
8:00 protein drink 50grms and a bar of 17grm, pc of fruit Big Gala apple
(alot of shakes but this is to take advantage of that Musc. Prot, Synth and recal. my glucose ( I am a Diabetic))
11:00 1/2 watermellon big glass of milk (love milk)
or a couple of sandwitch or whatever
4:00 Protein shake 52 g of protein
6:00 dinner might be Chicken,potatoes,cabagge
8:00 Ok I know: Icecream of some sort of snack

Read a thread and need to take more fiber because of constipation.

I take a multivitamin
I used to have high blood and colest. But am fine now. Into the cycle I saw my BP go up so I took old meds and it took care of it.
Dose slin on every shake and meal

Cycle has been 1-16 Test Cyp 500mg wk
Tren Ace 8-14 at 50mg EOD
Slin 45iu X 3 +
No PCT on TRT maybe some sort of anti-estrogen for sides

I would suggest as a first step you clean up your diet. Add flaxseed oil 3x/day and decrease your shakes, replace them with real meals - such as lean chicken breast (8oz), 1 cup of brown rice, 2 cups of steamed veggies and 1 tbsp. of flaxseed oil.

The second step is to stick to a more moderate cycle, try to make thing simple like test only, no trenbolone. Also, make sure to have arimidex in the cycle and your PCT ready.

I agree with Tealc, your diet is a mess man. All those shakes are probably making you pretty bloated and are adding to your body fat. They aren't so bad for a guy trying to just pack on some size regardless of adding body fat but they aren't a good idea if you're trying to drop some. It sounds like you have the typical power lifter body. If you're wanting to transition to a trimmer body builder look then you will need to work hard on that diet. There are tons of posts here on cutting diets.

I further agree with Tealc on the cycle. If your half way through then you just started the tren and it would be wise to drop it. I would have been okay with winstrol in its place even though it is your first cycle.

You are going to need pct. At you size and body fat you are looking at some estrogen issues post cycle that will likely cause you some problems. Maybe gyno or at a minimum added body fat and loss of some of your gains. Get some nolvadex right away and add in some adex into the cycle.

are you diabetic because if no, then slin was a bad start bro, i would of ran the tren in the front half of the cycle and used prop in the second half if it was me

but get your hands on nolva and armidrex

how much you gained on your cycle ie strengh gains in exercises and weight loss

He is diabetic. I do agree it is best to run tren up front because it is hard to recover from. The prop at the end is always a good way to finish so pct can be started in just a few days.

Thanks guys and I'll be reading threads on diets. About the Tren, I have just stopped it due to the sides, Maybe someother time. As for the PCT I know this sounds bad but what is PROP. I have seen that abbreviation more than once so I'll jumpout there and ask.

test prop is the king of all test in my case, if you wanted to do a cyce to gain pure strengh and lose fat you should do somethink like this


test prop 150mg eod 1-8 weeks
tren a 150mgeod eod 1-8 weeks
winny 100mg eod 1-8 weeks

then start nolva 3 days after last shot, do 14 days 20mg a day then another 14 days 10mg a day

you will easily gain 40kg on your bench
