im not working out at the mo due to the leg but soon as my pot is off i will be, im not sure how many hours a day, maybe you lot could advise me on that, im not working so i could spend all day in there if i really wanted to.

breakfast... cereal and milk

dinner.. either chciken or fish with veg

tea.... same as above

inbetween this i will be trying to eat as many boiled eggs as possible lol

SORRY I FORGOT TO ADD THE TIMES I WAKE AND SLEEP, EVERY DAY ARE DIFFERANT, I HAVE INSOMNIA SO SOME NIGHTS I GET NO SLEEP, OTHERS I GET A COUPLE OF HOURS.. ITS NEVER MOTE THAN 4 HOURS

Go to the diet section and pick you one thats been laid out... that looks alittle lite...

Not getting solid sleep is going to inhibit any gains... rest is important in this game.


You have a lot of issues you need to address before you even begin to think about a cycle....

Get yourself together... diet... regular exercise in the gym... address your sleep issues.... get these all lined out first... otherwise your waisting your time and money....

Thanks m8, Thats my first goal, to be eating right, feeling healthy and taking a trip to the gym twise a day, the sleep issue will always be a problem for me, ive had insomnia since i was 14, ive never slept and never will its just a part of life for me lol, my doctor wont give me sleeping tablets either.. ;(.

This past week i have started to do sit ups every morning, and i have sum dun bells i use when im sat in bed with the leg up lol, aswell as all the use of my crutches..

If they'll let you in the gym with the crutches, go ahead and start working your upper body with a split like Chest 1st day, Back 2nd Day, Shoulders and arms 3rd day, rest the 4th day and begin again....

lol thanks rat, ive just found a really good thread about diet(cutting and bulking)if i didnt find that i would of been doing it all wrong, thanks alot people great site
