hello all, this past year ive lost 4 stone due to me breaking my foot then my leg 2 times all on the same leg, ive never taken steroids but wil be soon as my pot is off my leg in 3 weeks, id like to put my weight back on and fast, i will be buying the roids monthly but i dont no what to buy, how much to buy and how much to take an how often...i would be greatfull if sum1 could tell me what is the best stack 2 buy, how much to take and how often? my weight is 10 stone id like to be back to 14 thanks alot any help would be great many thanks James |

Sorry for all the bad luck. You really didn't provide what Rat asked of you so you can't really expect too much in return. What I will say is if you haven't been working out in over two years then you definately don't need to be on steroids. You need a solid base of muscle to work with before you start a cycle. What will likely happen is you will sustain another injury and set yourself back again. Your problem can be fixed with a solid workout routine and proper diet. You can accomplish your goals is short order if you can listen to advice.
It will be easier to build muscle for you now because your body will be getting back to its normal size rather than trying to increase more than you ever had. If you check out my intro post you would see that I had a run of bad luck myself several years back and several years out of the gym. I went for a solid 190 pounds to 155 pounds in 3 months due to an illness. I gained it all back but it was fat not muscle. I finally got my shit together and got back on a good workout routine and decent diet and dropped to 175 lean pounds and now I'm 190 again and still have decent body fat percentage. I dropped the fat and got to the 175 in about six months without any supplements or steroids and I'm in my 40's. There is no reason you can't do the same if your dedicated.

I truely understand wanting to get it all back right away but there is a right way and a wrong way. Problem with the wrong way is it is dangerous and probably not the most beneficial for you. It's late here so if you can post a few things we can take a look tomorrow or maybe someone else can help you before then. If you can post up exactly what you ate yesterday, the times you ate it, when or if you worked out, what time you wake and what time you go to bed. Plus post up your workout routine and schedule. I know your just getting back into things so if you haven't got the workout routine going just post what you plan to do, same goes for your diet. The things truely help us to help you so don't leave anything out and don't worry if it isn't what you need to be doing. We need to start there and see what needs improvement.

Wow... lots of broken bones here..... Have you discussed with a Dr. what is causing this? I'm assuming your not jumping out of airplanes, etc. You may have a medical condition that precludes you from working out... hate to see you get injured more. Just a thought... if the Dr has cleared you to work out... then lets get started !!!
