Try nto get started and need help

First im 27, 5'7, 160lbs, not sure about BF%, probably around 13 %
Im in the gym 6 days a week and eat pretty good, i want to put on wight but not bad wight, all my buddies say to eat more junk, but thats not what im looking for, and I dont want to look like them, lol.
I want to take a cycle and have no idea where to begin, I do want to stay away from the oral cylcle. I was told to take Deca and Tren or possible Winstrol. My goal is to gain mass fairly quick, but stay atleast as defined as I am now. My biggest problem, im pretty nervous about trying to purchase them online, and how secure is it ?. I have no contacts where i live and what I do for a living, i cant ask anyone really. Help me out fellas !!!!!

We can't give you a source but we can provide you with cycle and diet advice.
Not knowing exactly what you eat makes it impossible for the diet advice though so if you post up what you at yesterday, when you ate it and where in the day you workout that will help there.

As far as cycle advice, forget about tren and deca right now you need to look at a long estered test like cypionate. A 10-12 week cycle of test is all you need. Some like to kick start a cycle with a short estered oral like dbol but I would rather end a cycle on one if I had to choose. Winstrol is pretty safe and if you use it on the back half of your cycle there is a benefit of being able to start post cycle theropy (pct) right away as opposed to waiting 2 weeks for the test to clear before you start.

I would run something like this:

Wk 1-10 test cyp 500mg per wk
Wk 6-12 winstrol 50mg ED (oral)
Run arimidex at .25mg EOD during cycle.
Start pct 3 days after last dose of winstrol using nolvadex. Run it at 20mg ED for 2 weeks followed by 10mg ED for 3 more weeks.

Your diet needs to be good to gain with or without steroids though so you need to make sure it is in check.

Florida I'm just curious on why you would chose to run d-bol at the end of the cycle? Wouldn't it be harder to recover during pct since one is coming off from d-bol and test at the same time? Rather than just test if d-bol was taken in the beggining? I'm just curious as to why you would run the cycle this way? I know you know alot and share very helpful advice, so what I'm trying to do is determine how I'm gonna run my cycle. I notice your very health and safety concious so your opinion is highly regarded!!! Thanks!

Jimmy....you and I are quite alike. No source (don't worry, not asking), and because of job, difficult to find one. Want to put on weight and would like to avoid orals. Have been told there is always the risk of buying online. However the police are busy with bigger and better things. It all depends how much you want it. I'm also new to this and wondering about the cycle. Don't want to get things I don't need.

I'm 6'0" 240, don't know BF% (not a fat slob) and also don't know where to start. Would like to put on about 20 more pounds but more interested in just getting stronger. Have been advised:

500mg per week Sustanon 250
500mg per week Deca
and then Dbol (not sure how much, planned only 20-30mg per week for only 5-6 weeks)

From what I've read I should not worry about the Deca for now. Why is that and is this cycle sound? Also can someone explain the post cycle theropy (PCT) for me. Like when, what, and why?

I wouldn't suggest ending on dbol, it was winstrol. Anavar or tbol would also work. Dbol causes too much water gain for me to use on the back half.

If you look at the cycle layout again you will notice that the winstrol is actually run two weeks passed the test not ending at the same time. This allows for the long ester to clear the system while you are running the shorter estered oral. You can't start pct until the steroids have cleared the system.

The orals I have listed are all relatively safe and would be alright to use in a first cycle. I think there is more benefit in ending on a short ester then there is using one to kick start a cycle. Patience pays off in the long run.

It would be better to start your own thread but I'll give you a quick answer being we are talking first cycles.

Deca is a good compound but it should not be used in a first cycle. It is truly best to start out with test only but we sometimes suggest an oral as well because most are relatively safe.

If you have never used any steroids you don't know how your body will react to any of them. Steroids are based on different compounds and have different esters. Each "type" of compound effects your body diferently to some degree. They also can cause different negative sides although the sides could also be similar, such as gyno.

Test based steroids can aromatase (convert) to estrogen to some degree and cause gyno. This gyno is treated with an aromatase inhibitors (AI) like arimidex or letrozole.

Nandrolone based steroids like deca can also cause gyno but arimidex and letrozole will have little effect on correcting the problem because this gyno is progesterone induced. You would need a substance like dostinex to treat it. Deca can also increase prolactin which can affect libido as well.

So if you are using test and deca and experience gyno it is difficult to determine which one is causing it and you won't know how to treat it. It is best to keep cycles simple to reduce the chance of bad sides.

and how fast am I going to notice my gain, and my bench increase after I start the "test" ? And again, eating, I now normally stick to fish, turkey, and chicken breast. Thats about all i eat. While on the cycle should I continue the same diet, or should i eat more, carbs ?

Thanks Florida!!! I want to get the most gains out of my cycle, but I also want to be smart about it!!! I hadn't thought about the longer ester clearing the system first before pct, and it makes since if I want to maintain gains!! Thanks Florida!
