I'm doing a 77 day program I put together. In a nut shell, it included two 3 week T3 cycles and 2 clen cycles (one was 3 weeks the other was 2). Strict diet, gym, and cardio plan along with some pro-hormones to help me keep my muscle loss in check. It's been one hell of a trip!

Thanks bro, I'm really pumped about it. I've got 6 more days to go and I'm done with the whole thing (been off the clen/T3 for weeks now, just getting by body back in balance and slowing ramping my cals back up for maint before I hopefully get some gear for my 1st cycle).

I wanted to know how much body fat i can close and how ripped i can get, and what does my diet, and workout have to be? and how much should i run? PLEASE HELP! thanks!
