Hey folks, this is my first post here. I've been reading for a while to get a grasp as to the lingo.

I started working out again after a decade of methamphetamine abuse and an astonishing weight gain. From when I was 25-28 I gained 110 lbs. Peaked out at about 317, I decided I was ready for a change. With drug use completely behind me (I'm too old for that shit) I started to exercise--running and playing frisbee and working out.

Months later I'm down to 250, and although the bone-breaking pain in my ankles, shins, and knees from running and working out while fat as hell has finally gone away; I've hit a rut. I still work out 5x per week doing cardio and keep a lower carb diet but I just need a little edge to keep me going. Dieting this strict for this long has its drawbacks...and I'm at that point.

I was looking at a cutting cycle and was wondering what would work best for me. I'm not sure what information you need, but I'd be glad to provide you with whatever you need to know.

Just an FYI, I can't go near needles. Most cuttings stacks I've seen are oral, and I'd like to keep it that way. I'd probably have to get knocked out before I could allow a needle into me...

I would consider clen and T3

the biggest key to cutting is diet and exercise......if u cant go near needles than steroids arent for you....oral only cycles are garbage and the worst for your body......cycles of clen and T3 and such arent steroids but they will help with weight loss....

Yeah, I don't think steroids are for me.

I get so big so quickly steroids might be overkill.

So I think I'm going to order the T3 + Clen from the banner.

I noticed the 'cutting stack' gives a schedule of use that includes two others that I won't be purchasing. Can I follow the schedule given in the 'cutting stack' page and just omit the other two?

KY, if you haven't done so I would suggest getting a complete blood work done. You should get a comprehensive metabolic panel , hormone panel (TSH T3 T4, free and total testosterone) and lipid panel. This will show what state of health you are in and what your hormone levels are. This is important to know, you could be hypothyroid or have low test or both. These two affect your metabolism and regulate many body functions that could attribute to weight gain or an inability to lose more weight.
