Default Diet

im currently on the 2nd half of my cycle, which is sus 250 every 4 days and tren every 2 days and i just started mast twice a week for an est blocker.

i started at 200lbs and am up to 218 and have been stuck there for about a week and a half.

8am
i start my day with a bowl of vanilla almond spec K cereal and shake of wheyabolic extreme 60 before gym. after workout i eat about 4-5 egg whites and either a chicken breast or a top round 4oz steak. and another shake.

1pm
either subway club footlong, or chicken salad sand from chic fila (i work in malls)


4-5pm
protien bar

6-7
chicken/salad (half a head with oil and vinegar)/mac and cheeze or
steak/salad/rice or spagetti with red sauce.

i pig out for dinner. usually eating till im stuffed. am i just not eatin enough? i should be really startin to see my gains now. i am starting my 7th week of my cycle so i should start to put on some weight bigtime now.

any help would be appreciated. thanks

yeah...ur def not eating enough ur prob around 2000 cals with this day u should b taking in around 20cals/per lb of bodyweight so =4360 cals u def need to add in sum complex carbs i see and also sum fast burning carbs immediately after ur workout that is one of the most important times to get in ur carbs....an u have basically none and lots of other things apply but to keep it simply take 4500 cals and split it so its 40/30/30 protein/carbs/fat and make sure ur carbs r complex carbs( brown rice,sweet potato,whole grains etc.) an fats r healthy fats(fish,omega 3 fish oils,peanut butter,nuts etc.)
and split up ur meals into around7-8 meals a day try to eat ev.2-3 hours..... jus a lil help any other?? jus ask bud!

umm to keep it simple remember: fast burning carbs are (simple sugars..like sugar for ex. in gatorade is always good right after workout.... and white rice, white bread, sum fruits especially melons, any any enriched flour... like pasta thats not whole grain)
