Default Injectable cycle didn't work at all.

Last year I tried a cycle of Deca and sustanon. They were injectables. I did 250mg of deca per week and 200mg of sustanon with it. By week 10 nothing had changed, no sides, no gains in strength or size so I simply stopped it and put it off as the gear must be bunk. Cuz I heard 1st time users generally get dramatic results. Someone suggested that the dosage was too low and yet research told me that even a low dosage should had gotten me at least a lil something.....

I would say that the dosage was definitely low, but even with that you should feel something provided you pushed yourself hard in the gym. You're not going to get anywhere unless your workouts are productive.

The dosage was low, but you should've seen some results. I know of a few people who ran 250mg/wk of only Sustanon for their first cycles and got results from it. What are your stats? (years training, height, weight, age, etc) I'm willing to bet your diet and/or training was off for you to have no gained anything. Even if the gear was fake/underdosed, you should've gained some weight if your caloric intake was in excess as it should have been.

6'1" , 190, BF goes up and down never going over 10% and never going below 8%, 50 yrs old. 3x per week I work out, sessions are about 75 mins. I utilize heavy weight w/each set increase in weight. The work out plan itself is very well mapped out. I've been doing it about 2.5 years. The exercises are cycled every 3-5 weeks so that altho I am hitting certain areas, I am hitting them from different exercises each cycle. I eat 6 times a day, 3 real meals, sometimes 4, then supplement meals. Lately I am consuming 5500 cals on workout days( sometimes it goes over and up to 6600 cals) and 4500 on nonworkout days. The foods I eat are mostly veggies, rice, whole grain pasta, chicken. In between the meals, I snack on nuts and fruits. I am running 30% fats, 40% carbs & 30% protien. When I started doing this, I weighed 139 l8% bf. I started out doing 1600 cals on the 30-40-30. There was progress in the begiining 1.5 year and by that time I was doing 3000 cals. Then every few weeks I upped the cals by 150 cuz I stopped gaining and I worked even harder in the gym via pushing almost to the breaking point where I had to have a spotter on the last 1-2 reps of each set. I am not really very active by choice, so I dont burn alot of cals. I tried the cycle cuz I stopped gaining. Everyone tells me I look good now and think I weigh over 210 lbs. but when I look in the mirror I still see the same old skinny guy so I want more!

If all that was in check while you were on cycle the gear was fake. You should have noticed some gains even if it was underdosed a bit.
