i know i have used amps in the past and that was a pain...... and also u can never really be 100% sure what u have unless u get it tested by a chemist....

OK so along with the bump for sachets good or bad.

I have come up with another question....

So adex .5mg EOD is good while on the cycle.... but for weeks 14+ PCT

I have been reading a good bit on PCT and now I am considering Nolvadex over the clomid. But it seems from what I am reading I need to be taking an AI with Nolvadex but not Adex. It seemd Nolv and Adex dont work well together? And that Nolv actually shuts down or over rides what Adex is doing? Kinda confused on that a bit. But it seems that Aromasin is recomended with Nolv along with HCG if possible....

Anyone correct me or stear me in a better direction if I am off track?

nah brotha......keep it simple for now nolva alone....will be just fine for ur pct for ur cycle!!....u will be running arimidex up until pct....so ur est. will be in check going into pct......

also Hcg should be run on cycle.....not for pct as once was thought..... that would be sumthing u could consider doing is running hcg throughout ur cycle to keep ur natural test running so pct....is a breeze and u keep more gains.......

Curious, Nitsuj has given a good addition (hcg) if you wanted to add. Hcg is not a must but as described above has some good benefits.

Re Nolva and Adex, remember they will not be taken together but are used for different purposes. Simply put Adex will help prevent side effects like gyno and bloating during your cycle, while Nolva will help your system (natural test levels) bounce back after your cycle. I'm certain that many people and experienced members/users on this site will tell you (many already have) that this does work and is the suggested method.

Good job for doing plenty of research first though.

Awesome comments from Nitsuj and Green. (and everyone for that matter) So i will try to keep it simple for now. Sorry if I am repeating something or asking the same questions in different maners or wording. just trying to get all of my facts straight and laid out before I start this. Am I right? I mean this is not something to be takin lightly as far as deciding to inject chemicals into your body...lol. So thank everyone for your patience and comments. I feel I am learning quite a bit.

So here is how I am setting up my first cycle after some modification and research.

Sustanon 250 12 weeks 250mgs E3D
Dianabol 25mgs /day First 4 weeks (Five 5mgs pills daily)
Adex .5mg /day First 4 weeks , 0.5mgs /EoD for last 8 weeks
Nolvadex for PCT (Starting PCT on week 14) 40,20,20,20,10

this starting to look about right?

The cycle is shaping up nicely. The benefits of running HCG on cycle are numerous as mentioned on other threads. You should consider running it. It's relatively inexpensive and super easy to inject. Otherwise, good cycle.

Yeah I am actually REALLY interested in the HCG but having a hard time finding info on dosage and how to take it. Inject? is there oral? I am also noticing that is mostly comes measured in UI and not sure how to dose that out... If anyone has a good link where I can read up on HCG dosing and where or how to inject that would be aweosme.
