First cycle questions...

Hey everyone,

Mostly looking for any advice here really. Dos n donts and and input on using this for my first cycle. I posted this in the wrong forum before I think...lol. So trying it again here. I'm not going for HUGH I just want a good build with CRAZY strength.

SEX: Male
AGE: 28
HEIGHT: 70
WEIGHT: 185

This is what I was considering to start for my first cycle 10-12 week cycle.

Sustanon 250 500mgs /week 10-12 weeks (One 2ml injection weekly)
Dianabol 20mgs /day First 4 weeks (Four 5mgs pills daily)
Arimidex 1mg /day First 4 weeks , 0.5mgs /day for last 8 weeks
Clomid for PCT

That would be a decent first cycle. The arimidex dose is higher than needed. Your not running a high dose of testosterone so .5 mg's every other day will work. Some won't like your once a week dosing of sustanon but it will work fine like that.

Yeah i would at least split the sus shots into 2x weekly so like mon/thurs.........and bring down the adex like Haz said........

also CRAZY strength....will come with time and years of training.....aas is not anywhere close to magic i just want u to know what to expect....so that u dont think ur gear is fake or u are dissapointed.....it will help u along ur way but will not turn u into a powerlifter over 1 cycle..........

I'd suggest spliting the doses as well. Yes, it will work in one dose, but your hormone levels will be in a constant state of flux. The goal is to raise your test level and keep it constant throughout the cycle. More frequent injections will help you do that.

I think .5mg eod would be fine while running the dbol, maybe even a little less during the second half of your cycle.

Will splitting the Sus into one 250mg/1ml shot Mon and Wed work ok?

Also it seems that cutting the Arimidex to a smaller dose is agreed by the comments. But would I want to keep that to .5mg every day? or everyother day?

And nobody has mentioned the 20mg Dbol a day for the first 4 weeks. Is that a good dose for first cycle? Little low little high?

Any other suggestions or input? I'm open to knowledge. Thanks again for all the help.

I dont use Sus (just my preference) so I cant intelligently comment on your proposed Mon and Wed split.

Arimidex .5mg EOD is fine for your proposed cycle.

As for the Dbol I would say 30-40 mg would be a better bang for your buck (I prefer 40mg)

.5 MG eod is more than enough on the adex. I think 20 mg is a good place to start on the Dbol. 40 MG max daily IMO.

split shot so its Mon/thurs or tues/fri or wed/sat it will keep blood levels more evenly like i said above mon an wed r close together....


arimidex o.5mgs every other day......

20mgs dbol is a safe dose for a first cycle...u could start there possibly switch it to 30mgs/day
