First cycle Help

Hey guys, I have done a few posts on here bout my first cycle. got good advice but sad to say i think I got ripped off. I tried sust 500 a week and dbol 30ed saw no gains so i think i got the fake stuff. my friend, who cycles a lot. said he got test enanthate 200-400. anadrol, deca, and Tren. and i already got nova for pct to start 2 weeks after last shot. Can you guys tell me what i should take out of those 4 please what would be a good combine. oh and im staying away from deca for first cycle learned from yall please help me out pros.... thank ya

That sucks bro. Being this is still going to be your first cycle I would stick to the test e only. Anadrol is a stong oral and can give some quick sizes but it is the most liver toxic oral of them all. I'd also stay away from the deca and most definately stay away fron tren. They are great steroids but way too many issues to deal with in round one. If you do use the anadrol I would get your liver values checked before you buy it. I would also only do 4 weeks at a low dose, around 25mgs.

I don't think anadrol should even be considered since it's the only steroid I know of that has been linked to cancer. I won't touch it. Too many other options that work very well.

I agree....I'm just thinking his buddy is going to try to talk him into it and thought giving some numbers would be good. But I do agree 100% that it should not be used......

shoot lol i was hoping u guys wud give me like a crazy good cycle so just test e?? my dealer took test e and tren and he got freakin massive as shit on them it was crazy. he proped up like over 30 lbs i dont think it was his first ever cycle though. wud u say 400 mg for like 12 weeks then??

for your first cycle just stick with the test like they said.... ive had friends who did multiple steroids on their first cycle and had issues with recovery even with proper PCT. kind of think of it as an experimental stage and you are just trying to learn how your body reacts to these compounds. that way you dont try to much at once. remember to see your cycle all the way through including PCT and wait a few weeks after PCT also to do an assessment of the success of your cycle. assess not only the gains you made while on cycle but what you kept after cycle and how well/quickly you recovered your own natural test production. recovery is real key here especially if you ever use compounds like deca as deca can really shut your own production down hard. good luck and remember to have all your bases covered BEFORE you start!!!!!!!

ohh and stay away from tren till you have like 5 cycles under your belt. tren can be really hard to recover from... just ask anyone here who has done it.

Although id advise against it on your first cycle, you can throw in dbol for a giant front end kick if you just have to. I know you got fake stuff before but id give it another go if you just had to throw something else in the mix. It has its own sides but nothing like androl. Personally tren shouldnt be considered either at this point. I assume your wanting to bulk??

Dont forget running an AI. It seems like everyone i know in RL doesnt even bother until their man boobs show up. Get aridimex and run it .25mg eod just to be safe.

That brings me to my next point. I am assuming your diet is up to snuff and you have a decent workout routine. If you dont , then you are just pissing your money away anyway. I would at least post up your diet and workout splits so we can look you over and help you tweak it before throwing in the juice with it.

Do this the right way and you will be much happier with the results. Good luck

Ok thanks for the input fellaws. But my diet is in check my workouts are good. I actually am a bodybuilder so i got the dieting down. I got 2nd place in my first 2 shows lol just want something to get over the hump into first. I am trying to bulk, stats. are 6' 190lbs 8% would like to get up close to 230 bfor my next show in april start cutting down to about 194 at 4% top of the light heavys. starting dieting for show in january pending how big i am at that point. I will ask him bout adex. and i cant find any dbol i have asked around ill check alittle more. Would u guys say do 400 mg for 12 weeks? dbol 30mg for 4 weeks. .25 adex eod.? pct is 2 weeks after last inject of nova??? hit me back thanks

And also if you guys could help me tweak my diet to get me up to that size that would be awesome. I am going at about 4500 cals 300gs protien 300g carbs bout 120g fats, am a little sick so have not been doing cardio but ill be starting that on monday so let me know if u cud help me with that guys.
