New to iSteroids - Anabolic Steroids

Hi everyone,

Just recently signed up with this forum, seems great so far. I'm kind of new to the world of AAS, I'm on my 3rd cycle in my life thus far after a mean bought with H1N1 (Swine Influenza). I like to keep my cycles simple. Test E, HCG during cycle, and Nolva for PCT. I tried out EQ on my second cycle, and it was alright but the gains were about the same, though I was hungry more. So I'm keeping it with Test E this time.

I keep the calorie intake pretty high during bulking, (BW x 18-20 range). I try to make most of that from carbs and proteins, and the rest goes to fat.

I don't always have the best food available as I'm sitting in Iraq right now; but I make do with what I can. Sometimes it's hard to eat clean, but it's either eat a little dirty or not eat at all. It's not too bad though.

I only work out 3 days/week and the other 3 (Sunday being my off day) I do 20-30 min of high intensity cardio. Heart rate stays around 70-80% of maximum. Kind of have to do this so I can still pass military fitness tests.

I'm a corpsman, so I know a thing or two about medicine and the body; but I don't claim to be a doctor or an expert. As I like to put it, we're all just "practicing medicine."
