thanx mate yea ill do that, theres plently of my quiries already answered in other threads im coming to realise, yea i've been trying to stick to a diet of around 4500- 5000 cal, 2000 over what ive read as being correct for maintaining weight in my body weight class, so as to be Hypercaloric? for weight gain, tho ill admitt i find it hard to keep up with, i'm constantly feeding my face haha

yea mate as i am highly ectomorphic, im really not worried about staying lean, i have a really hard time putting on mass of any form, so ive lowered cardio to suit straight weight gain for now, correct me if im wrong but i need to sustain all available cals, for mass increase? itl be really easy for me to cut back later if i do develop some BF. would you agree considering my wanting straight up mass fast? another thing, do you know if "muscle memory" is a myth? as i said i used to two years back weighed 92kg bone dry, pretty low BF, (dont kno exactly wasnt comp quality tho i had eight pack), considering my natural weight b4 any training was 66-7kg. so do you think this history will affect my gains now?

Muscle memory is just your body's way of telling you that you have the genetics to grow muscle when you put them under stress. What people call "muscle memory", I call "good genetics" being put to good use again.
I'm not saying to go into a caloric deficit or anything, otherwise you won't put on the mass. I'm just saying that keeping up a light cardio regimen while bulking up will help keep off excess BF, keep up your stamina, and help make you an all around better athlete.
