Personally I like the big compound movements for putting on sheer size and mass. If you have a trouble area you need to focus on later or intend to compete, then you can focus abit more if needed. Just keep your lifting weight high and your sets low.

lets look into your gains so far then, post what you was doing 3 months ago on squat bench deadlift, and clean and jerk, snatch and now


i do powerlifting my self maybe this will help you relise what we are saying

cardio is good for loosing fat, do it properly you will gain muscle and strengh still the same trust m

i took a couple months break, just recently got back into lifting (about 3 weks ago)

yeas i have began doing cardio, thanks for the advice
