Default 18 year old wants to do cycle of clenbuterol

I have been doing powerlifting for over a year, after 2-3 month break I have come back into lifting doing olympic lifting, I am maybe 20%+ BF%

how powerful is clenbuterol? I have been a endormorph since very young

can I continue my normal bulking diet making gains while losing fat on clen?

if you dont diet and and do some cardio while on clen then its pointless. you'll just feel all the bad sides while loosing no fat.

Thanks for the reply, I'd be doing some cardio, but no dieting, I lose muscle very easily whenever I diet, even on keto.

a diet does not mean starving urself...?!?!?!.........i bet u wouldnt loose muscle on a clean diet that consisted of 3500-4000 cals of lean protein/healthy fats/and complex carbs....!!!!!!

i think you have a miss conception of the word diet. on a keto diet you will definitely loose some muscle.

regardless you will not burn any fat if you eating like power lifter no matter what you take.

clean up those calories, lower you carbs, up the protein and cardio and the clen will work just fine.

see that's the thing, whenever I've done a diet, I've done the method of calculating my BMR then lowering by 100-500 calories, even on keto, so if my BMR was 2500 i would eat only 2200 calories per day, but can you lose weight eating 3500-4000 calories but keeping those clean? sorry i'm a noob when it comes to dieting

Yes, you can definately do that on a 3k to 4k diet. Still your meals should not however exclude carbs completely. You still need to be taking consistently getting in a fair percentage of carbohyrates in ever meal, hoiwever, these need to come from low gi-sources such as oats in the morning, wholegrain bread, and cruciferous vegetables. Also, you need to ensure that you are also getting in your daily quota of healthy fats. As previously stated, diet does not mean eating less but rather eating enough of the nutrients your body requires. And if you implement a good nutrition plan with a good workout regime you will be able to transform your body into a fat-blasting furnace without sacrificing any muscle-mass.

Front Squats (Clean and Jerk grip, ATG) 3x5

Tuesday
Rest

Cardio/Endurance training.


Thursday
Military (shoulder press) Press 3x5

Clean and Jerk, 5 sets up to Max Single

I commend the fact that your are focusing on doing the bread and butter compound excersies, however, i do recommend that you mix these up with some isolation exercises as well. Deltoids, triceps, biceps, lats, quads are built through the proper execution of compound exercises, but you still need to do your isolations to define these muscle groups.

im trying to do more of a pure olympic lifting strength based routine
