question on Turinabol.. final, thanks...

Guys, I have posted a few questions today, mostly about tren, all the guys at the gym are saying its the greatest thing... But let me tell you what I have. I have Turinabol, Im 36, 5'11 225lbs at 24% BF... I have worked out all my life, took about a year off, and have now been going strong for the last 12 weeks. I want a little more strenght, dont really care about more mass, have plenty...(to make me happy) but I want a roid that I can still do cardio on and it want affect my running.... In my search, turinabol seems to fit that critieria. What do yall think? What was told to me was Turinabol @ 20to 40 mg a day for 6 weeks.... taking it with nothing else other that protein drinks and creatine... what would this do for me.....? Thanks, in advance. My goal is strenght/fat loss/ definition.. my diet is taking care of the fat loss.

Steroids aren't designed with weight loss in mind. They are for putting on mass or preventing wasting in aids and cancer patients. You need time and dedication to your workout routine and nutrition. Anything else is a waste of money.

if you are going to take it anyways and i dont see why not then please add testosterone to whatever u take if not take it by its self. i cant stress this enough.

weeks 1-10 testosterone propionate 100mgs/eod
weeks 1-6 turinabol 30-40mgs/day

weeks 10-14 nolvadex 20/20/10/10

this is what ur cycle should look like.

I reiterate what ive been saying in your other threads. The addition of AAS, particularly a test-based compound, is going to result in even more weight gain if your diet, training and discipline is not 100% on tap. Secondly, if you looking for strength gains, then why dont you just tweak your training regime? AAS will only give you a temporary increase in strength gains and after your eight week cycle, your strength levels will probably be at the same level as it would have been if u trained naturally.

If i can recommend anything here for you, is firstly get a good nutrition plan in order; get hold of some good performance enhancers such creatine, glutamine and some other BCAA's and check how this works out for ya.

A turinabol only cycle will only help you lose weight via the lack of money in your wallet.
