Weight loss without speedy stuff

I know the rule of thumb is more cardio less calories but as I get older dropping weight seems to be alot harder than it used to. Is there any supplements (Not a cutting cycle as I'm about to do Sus,Dbol,Deca once I'm lighter) that aren't all speedy like Clen or the Caffiene, Ephedrine, Aspirin stack? I get really hopped up on that shit and even if I take it in the morning I'm fucked for sleep.

Yeah, that's what I thought. Oh well, no more carbs and gonna kick the piss out of the treadmill. Ain't nothin' good in life that comes easy.

It sucks but that's the just of it and you still can't get to where you think you can. Don't shoot for perfect. Shoot for, "that's damn good for me."

That's how I roll. I have guys talking about six pack abs and I just say I'm old and not trying impress anyone. I don't mind having a little extra body fat.
