What to expect?

CYcle is :-

week 1-12: Test E@500mg/week
Week 1- 6: Dbol @20mg/day
Week 1-12: Adex @0.25mg EOD
Week: 12-15 proviron @25 or 50mg day, u may continue the use of proviron into PCT
Week 7-12: HCG 500 i.u/week
Week 12-15: PCT Clomid@150mg on day 1; then 100mg for a week, then 50mg for 14 days.



What can i expect by adding 200mg/week for 6 weeks of Deca Durabolin? Just the joint **** or some gains as well?


Plus i used 250mg of test E per week for 10 weeks and got huge Seriously and it was not water retention.

200mg of Deca a week won't do anything, period. Deca is a long working steroid... you need to run it for 12-16 weeks.

Save it for later if your not going to run a decent amount... say 500-600mg a week.

The cycle itself is okay. Being you are running dbol at 20mg ED then it should be fine for 6 weeks. If you were running it higher I would keep it around 4-5 weeks. I agree with Rat on the deca.

There are differing opinions on hcg. Some say run it from the beginning of a cycle, some say start it in week 3 or 4 and some say use it for pct. The way you have it shown really doesn't fit any of those models. I think the way you have it will be okay but testicular atrophy will likely have already taken place. You need to split the 500iu's up into 2x per week.

You pct is a little lacking. Three weeks is just not going to cut it. I would add two more weeks to it at 50mg ED. There isn't any reason to skimp on pct. Also the way your cycle is set up you will need to wait until week 14 to start pct. It will take around 2 weeks for the test to clear your system and that is when pct needs to start. I would run the adex up to that time as well because as the test is clearing your estrogen will be rising.

I'd recommend starting the HCG at week 3 and at 250iu x 2 times per week. I prefer Nolva over Clomid, but Florida said it right about your PCT if you're gonna use Clomid.

I also had real good results using Proviron during the second half of my last cycle so I'd start it sooner if it were me. Otherwise, it looks good.
