hows it goen people im on my first cycle and just had a couple of questions if anyone could answer..im in my 5th week of taking testosterone enanthate and have been taking 500mg once a week but i heard that for it to actually work in my situation i must take 250mg twice a week and no longer than 4 days..all up ive done about 8mls of the stuff (1,1,2,2,2) and i havnt seen much change in my muscles or in my strength..no water retention nothing at all..has these past 5 weeks been a waste coz i did it once a week or hasnt it kicked in yet ?

and i just wanted to know does having sex affect your cycle seeing that its releasing testosterone ?

You can have all the sex you want, it doesnt effect anything. Some people prefer 2 injections a week to help keep the hormones balanced. Test enath is a long estered steroid which has a half life of 14 days. Everyone is different, Some people feel it sooner than others. I'd say give it another week and if you dont feel anything, its most likely fake. Post your diet and workout. How long have you been lifting? Are you taking an AI? Roids arent miracle grow, if you dont have a proper nutrition and workout routine you wont grow.

250ml twice a week would keep your test levels abit more stable but it shouldnt cause major issues. At this point you should notice something. Maybe not giant growth but you should have gained some water by now and your skin should be oily at the very least. If nothing by week 6 then id say your gear is fake.

Having sex is actually good for your health so have as much as you can.

ive been on and off for a while then started again for about 7 months hard before i hit the enth..i havnt felt much at all..i eat mostly good and drink alot of water and have my protein..so are you saying twice a week or once a week it doesnt really matter ? oh and one more thing..i was looking for something to rip me up abit, is it alright to take clenbeuterol during my cycle or should i wait until i come off ?

You can take your test once a week. It's definitely not the problem with seeing results. Like has been posted, there's nothing wrong with having sex during your cycle even it it's not with a partner. I like taking my clenbuterol right after a cycle. You may get many different ideas on this from others.

Yeah I prefer to start clen about 2 weeks before the end of the cycle and continue through the end of PCT. Leans me out without sacrificing precious muscle tissue.

Is it possible to have too much sex on a testosterone cycle?!? No way...sex stimulates endorphan production, dopamine production, and provides a nice alternative to regular cardio....go ahead and knock the bottom out of it!

haha i know ive been tryna cut down but it hasnt been working..ive just been stressing about this cycle coz i havnt felt shit and im in my 5th week..the guy keeps telling me its real and that its just really slow to release but i dont know..
