clen, winni, and prop

My friend has never used clen before. What should his dosage be? He has enough gear for 8 weeks with nolvadex for his pct. Do you think he should use it throughout the whole 8 week cycle? A little help would be appreciated. Thanks

Lay out his cycle for us so we understand exactly what it is you are asking. There are numerous threads here about clen dosing and or cycles if you do a search you can easily find them.

depends on what your friends' stats are....

can be anything from 20mcgs of clenbuterol to 80mcgs of clen!

6ft 189 lbs. He said he just wants to get shredded as much as possible. He's into the whole "Beach Body" thing. He was thinking about Test Prop EOD. Winni everyday (tab) and then Clen (tab) everyday as well. Nolvadex is his PCT. He plans on running the cycle for 8 weeks. Thanks for the help!

that doesn't sound bad we can put a nice hardening cycle together with this. how old is your friend?

Interesting...working for a beach body just in time for Winter....that's ok....With my extracurricular activities I prefer to keep a beach body all year round if possible. Prop, winny and Clen will surely do it but it's probably overkill. Using the prop with Winny OR clen will do just fine. of course his diet better be clean and his cardio regimen should be consistent. He should also run an AI like Adex or Aromasin to keep water weight off during the cycle. How much prop does he plan to run? How old is he and what's his cycle history?

He's 23 years old and he told me that he has used Prop and Winni before with Nolvadex as his PCT. He said that he got the same amount of both this time as well. He has enough prop for EOD and winni to take every day for 8 weeks. His diet is very clean and does about 30-45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. What kind of workouts should he look at?
