i got a bottle of winstrol any input on how many tabs i should take a week or what is the required dosage thanks.

Depends on your experience, what you plan on running with it, what MG per tab the tabs are. Also before getting too deep into cycle talk we need to know a little about you. Your weight, height BF percent , what your eating.. Lots dude..

The only right way to run winstrol is with Test.

my friedns running it with test e he is 6'2 215 around 12%bf has a real strict diet high protein low carb diet, works out 3 days a week and does cardio twice a week.

So you asking for your friend or you? If it is for you we would like to know if steroids are right for you at this point and the only way we will know is if you answer the questions you were asked. I will say typically one would run 50mg of winstrol ED if taken orally or 100mg EOD if injected. I would not run it over 6 weeks and you would run it as part of a cycle not as a cycle. I am not recommending this for you as we don't have enough information from you.

this is for my friend he is 6'2 215 age 26 has 60 capsules of winstrol and would like to know how much to take, is it every day every other? he has a very clean diet and trains 3 days a week

He shouldn't run it at all until he can come on here and ask for himself so we can talk with him and get to know him. Just about everyone that puts up they have a very clean diet doesn't once we get them to post it up. How many mg's of test is he going to run per week? Once we know the answer to the test question then we can answer the winstrol question.

Yeah bro. You would be suprised at what some people call a very clean diet. If nothing else , get as many details as possible and get back with us. It really will make a big difference.
