As I prepare, I'm planning my workout schedule. Do you guys have any advice given my low starting weight and knowledge of my specific cycle regimine?

If I am eating enough will I be limiting my results if I train continuously: lifting every other day with cardio on the off days? I want to be sure I'm even healthier after the cycle (although I'm in pretty good aerobic shape now).



My plan (given feedback so far):
Weeks (1-2)
Dianabol 20-30mg EOD

Weeks (1-8)
Sustenon 250 each Monday and Thursday (ie 500mg/w)
Novaldex 10mg daily

week (9)
Novaldex 10mg daily
Clomid 100 mg daily
HCG dosage?

weeks (10-13)
Novaldex 10mg daily
Clomid 50 mg daily
HCG dosage?

weeks (14-15)
Novaldex 10mg daily
Clomid 25 mg daily

Nolvadex is not an AI and wont stop gyno. Which so many of my local friends are learning the hard way. I know Florida already told you this awhlile back but i thought id throw my 2 cents in.

Really? Everyone including the profiles on this site, suggests the use of Nolvadex to fight gyno.

Is arimadex (or one of the other 2 similar drugs) the only way to go?? Could someone outline a precise ancilliars routine they suggest for me?

If I take propecia along the way, will that mess anything up?
