Hey I'm looking to lose weight and was told to get Anavar and I believe the second was Dianabol. I say dianabol because the other option was winstrol where my research has found are similar? For someone's first cycle is this good and reading on some of d-bolic side effects (ie enlarged breast) is this a good combo? I'm going on a trip to Las Vegas at the end of the month and will be drinking if this a good idea to start now or wait until I get back? Any input would help thanks.

You absolutely do not want to go the anavar/dianabol route. Using those substances you are much more likely to thicken up dramaticly but not in a lean, hard way. Winny or Masteron is probably the way you want to go, but these substances are not going to do all the work for you. Make sure you pay close attention to your diet and do plenty of cardio.
And it is always a good idea to keep alcohol consumption to an absolute minimum while on a cycle. (In fact, it is best not to drink at all while cycling) __________________________________________________ _______________ I would suggest to you the following: wk 1-12 Test E 500mg/ weekly (250 mon....250 thursday) wk 1-6 Masteron Prop. 50mg/ EOD (winstrol could be used instead) wk 13-15 20 mg Nolvadex ED wk 16-18 10 mg nolvadex ED For proper PCT use Nolvadex or Clomid so you can keep those gains. Post up your stats, but just from reading your post I can tell you your most likely not ready for steroids. And DIET and CARDIO are the best things to help you lose weight bro.

I agree with the last 2 posters I need more research into what I'm taking and why first. Also would help if I gave YOU people the right information. It's not dianobol it's Orabolin. I thank you for the fast responses.
To the first posters I'm 26 252 lbs and not sure about my BF % it would be on the higher end. I've cut a lot of fats and junk food from my diet. Days consent of 4:45 am 2 scoops All whey protein and 5 grams or one scoop of glutamine 3/4 water 1/4 skim milk 30 mins of cardio 7:30 am Package of plain oatmeal 10 am Orange,banana, hard boiled egg white or fat free yogurt 12 pm can of low sodium tuna with a tablespoon of fat free miracle whip 3 pm Fat free yogurt or hard boiled egg white,apple or veggies 5 pm 2 chicken breasts with seasoning 7:30 pm Piece of fruit 8:30 pm Lift weights 10 pm Same protein to start the day. Take one multivitamin in the morning. Drink water all through the day. I'm going to start to eat some fiber cereal in the morning with skim milk. |

I am too tired to comb your diet but it doesnt look too bad at first glance. Rested eyes in the morning may tell different. If i were you i would stick with your plan on cutting the fat down before you throw steroids in the mix. Im doing something similar but have a target set. Im not gonna cycle until i hit my body fat target. Anyway something more along the lines of a test only cycle would be much better. If your body fat is under control, you may can throw in anvar at the end but its generally not recommended for the first cycle. God luck. Ill keep an eye on this thread and post tomorrow.
