need some help here guys

ok so im new and read enough forums to know what i need to list so lets get started

25 years old
183lbs
10% bf
training 3 years
3 previous cycles before this one

diet
i work night shift 12hrs a night so time is a little diffrent then what you guys are used to

4pm wake up
430 2 wholegrain chicken breast wraps with vitapro multi vit
630 salmon,wild rice,mixed veggies
900 2 cups nonfat yogurt, 1/2 cup natural almonds
1200am salmon,wild rice,steamed veggies
0230 chicken breast,risotto,zucchini
0500 2 cups nonfat yogurt , 63g part skim cheese
0730 before work out 2 scoops myso protein powder with water
0945 pwo 2 scoops myso protein powder, protein bar
1030 bedtime

my meals vary a little because i work alot but i eat clean as a whole

my job allows me to eat frequently and have the odd nap which rules
most of my friends cant believe i goto the gym after working a 12hr day but i think they lack dedication :-p

so i decided on my first inject/oral cycle then some bs happened and i need your guys suggestions

1-16 500mgs sust mon thurs
8-16 40mg var ed

pct
18 days after last pin
nolva
week 1-6 20mg ed

almost at week 7 and i like the results so far 11lbs lean muscle gained. i do lots of cardio 45mins pre workout and after,15mins wet sauna

but i went to my buddies house to pick up the rest of the sust and a frantic wife opened the door told me the cops took him away...

so my only other source can only has test prop and var available my question is can i just get the prop and continue on my cycle?

now i love being lean so im thinking it would still be alright but some advice from some seasoned vets would ease my mind

Test is test. As long as you keep up with the eod dosing you will be fine.

I would hook you up homey but mattbass is right test is test.....how many 16 week cycles have you done before? might want to keep it a little shorter like 10 or 12 weeks unless you have some HCG.....but you know how your body responds. Im always a little leary of long cycles as i hace a hard time recovering.

Sure you can go with the prop but you'll need to take it EOD instead of twice a week like with the sust. I'd suggest taking 100mg EOD, you'll love it probably more than the sust.

Your PCT will work but you can shorten it a bit by one week and lower the doses a bit. The general experience on this board suggests dosing Nolva at 20/20/10/10/10.

You should really consider starting HCG on this cycle. It's never too late to get your leydig cells back up and running. It will make recovery soooo much easier after a long cycle.

You should also be running an AI (Adex, Aromasin) during the cycle. 16 weeks is a long time to go with a large amount of estrogen built up in your body. You don't want to grow man boobs.

a cycle this long i think HCG is a must! it will make a lot of difference when keeping those gaains......along with other PCT

ya just throw in some hcg 500uis a week intill the end of your cycle.. and throw in .25mg eod of adex .. then for pct.. u will be fine on the nova at20/20/10/10/10 ( as long as u throw in the hcg and adex)

Looks like you are covered, test is test for the most part, just remmember test prop is a short ester so start your PCT sooner, one week max.

Nice catch there hart. I'd start the PCT a little sooner though with prop. It will be all but cleared within about 4 to 5 days. So i'd start PCT 4 days after your last prop injection. Waiting a week prob won't hurt as long as you've been running HCG and your adex.

wow guys thanks for the help. i gotta go grab some arimdex. might have a hard time getting hcg tho gonna have to ask around... i was thinking of throwing some mast in with the prop heard alot of good things about it especially when long cycles are concerned. something like this

1-8 100mg prop eod
1-8 100mg mast eod (would this help the pain from the prop ;-) )
1-8 40mg var ed
1-8 0.5 arimdex eod

pct
1-5 nolva 20/20/10/10/10
1-4 0.5 adex eod

so thats the new plan havent done mast before but it seems like it would be a good synergy. i also have read that it helps keep the estrogen side effects away is there any truth to this?
