First Time Cycle.

Hey. I am 6'4 or 195 cm... 121kgs or 266 lbs.. BF not really sure. am not fat. 22 years old.
its not my really first cycle. i have done test Prop for 3 weeks, on low dosages 350mg a week. it was about 3 months ago or less. only done it cuz i was a bored kid. lol

this is my first long cycle for me.
(taking some liver/kidney cleaners, the day b4)
1-2 week 50mg anapolon
2-3 week 100mg anapolon
3-5 week 150mg anapolon
( taking some liver/kidney cleaners after the anapolon.)

1-10 weeks Sustain 250 500m. 1-10 weeks of deca 250 just 1m or should i take the deca out of it.

for PCT.. not really sure. i was thinking about nolvadex and clomid.

For a 1st cycle cuz your actual first one was not a good cycle you should take test c at 500mg/wk by its self. And your also a lil young to be taking steroids. Also how long have you been working out and whats your diet like.

Well i have been traning for 4 years on and off..
My diet is good.. cbf typing out what i eat all day but is the percentage intake. 40% protein, 45% carbohydrates, and 15% fat or so..

Ok well if your gunna run a cycle I would stick with Test C at 500mg/wk for 10 wks.

this will be a stupid question but what will happen to me if i do my cycle.

i already got the stuff to go. i should post a forum before i got the stuff. damn it..
