Im new but need a chart for my weight Step by step any help?

I’m 44 years old 220 lb and naturally built. I’m new at this and need some kind of chart for my weight and size. Anyone have a Chart that says exactly what to use and when from start to finish. There was a guy on here that know what he was talking about and posted a chart. I think he is Australian he said "mate" a lot on his threads. But don’t remember his username.

I’m naturally built and would like a little more size but need more cut/fat burn and definition. I work out regularly and I’m very strong no allergies or reactions to any drug up to now.
Anyone help?

IF ur looking for "more cut/fat burn and definition. " then u dont need steroids bro....they will not help u in this department.....steroids are for building muscle........diet/cardio/training is for ur cutting .....if u will..... post up ur diet we can help u with that........and also u could think about a clenbuterol cycle.....to help with the fat loss but u need to get ur diet right first....

What chart is he referring to? I've been here a long time and don't remember a chart.
Perhaps a t3 with clen chart might help him out since he wants to cut.

Let me re do this post so I don't waste peoples time.
I have a good diet rt now and a good workout program.
I do naturally have a good size but it makes a excellent base.
I do want to get bigger than I am now. More mass using steroids.
There was a guy on here who I think was from Australia because he used the word "mate" a lot. He posted a complete start to finish list including what to use and when. He was very knowledgeable. But his chart doses were for someone around 170lbs im 220lbs.
And I was just wondering if there is also a cutting agent like winstrol that can be used at same time with steroids or is that not a good idea.
Anyone have a good schedual to bulk up steb by step for someone 220lbs ?

It was about a month or more this guy posted what to do from start to finish. He listed in detail week one what to start with then week two and so on. Till finished. My friend has been following his list and its working out Great he is almost done with his cycle.
Ill ask him I think he bookmarked the post. Ill post is soon.

John you aren't alone in your goals but they include water and oil and they just don't mix. We want to bulk and put on muscle but we also want to lose fat and have definition of those muscles. Doing them at the same time is like mixing oil and water. One calls for eating an extreme amount of calories and the other calls for eating less calories than normal.

With that said we like to see everyone get a good bulk out of their first cycle because your receptors are fresh and respond well to anaboic androgenic steroids that are used for muscular growth. We need to know your body fat % so we can see if you're a candidate for steroids or if you need to diet down first. There's no reason we can't bulk you up and add 20 to 30 pounds of muscle then drop your calories below maintenance levels and get your body fat % into single digits and ripped like a protein fart.
