I think he did that in 2 months, we are waiting for the update pics.

I haven't done the program but from what I hear it is pretty tough. Do a search on the forum. There have been some posts about it before.

IMO p90X is great for weight loss.......and good for athletic training...indurance training etc......if that is in ur goals...then i think u would like it..... not great for meat heads though........hahaha

haha yeah exactly what i was looking for something to help with my mma training ,so core is the way to go hey,for any of you other guys out there who wanna try it you can download the whole program dvds and nutritional guide and everything ,they have a torrent file you can download with bitcomet.

Had a buddy use it and he did really good and was looking pretty ripped after wards he was taking test e 400mg/wk while he did it.

haha ,yeah i can only imagine the results with aas and the p90x i would lke to see some one do test e ,clen +t3 and the p90x program lol
