sustanon help first cycle ever

Im thinking of running an 8 week cycle at 250mg a week is that ok? if so how often and what dose should i do? If this is wrong also just tell me how many mg a week and also how often and what dose. also need to know it novladex alone is good enough for a PCT and what all i should be taking for support while im on the sustanon? Any help is appreciated thnks

year and half
gain 15-20lbs
workout 5 days a week take off wed and saturday

back/shoulders

bi/chest

legs/tri

abs 3 days a week cardio 1-2x a week


diet is pretty good lots of chicken, spaghetti, tuna, fruits, beans, water, 2 protein shakes daily, eggs, take glutamine, fish oil, flax seed oil, creatine mono, vitamin C, calcium, rarely have any thing bad for me really penaut butter sandwhich daily also is the worst i eat i suppose

looks pretty good.

250mgs of test a week isnt enough for anything except shutting you down. if you already have the sustanon then take 250mgs twice a week for 10-12 weeks. if not get some test e and use that instead. its a better first cycle test in my opinion and less expensive. try this:

weeks 1-10 test E 500mgs/week
weeks 11 and 12 test prop 100mgs/eod
weeks 3-10 hcg 250iu's 2x per week (you dont "have" to but its highly recommended)
then 3 days after last prop shot start pct. nolvadex 20/20/20/10/10


always keep an AI on hand during cycle. preferably arimidex.

if your going to do it with the sustanon then stop taking it at week 9 a continue on with the propionate weeks 10, 11 and 12.

I had gains from 250mg week but if i had to do over again id go 500. I wasnt trying to bulk either. If your really wanting a full blown bulk cycle id go 500mg. Also keep in mind if you want to gain weight, you have to eat more. Theres no getting around it so get ready to up whatever amounts you are eating, especially while on cycle. After cycle your calories will need to be higher to support the new weight... Good luck

yea i thought about that but its not all that difficult to do really. it just saves the waste of two weeks and im a big fan of starting pct right away.

nah for sure, its a solid option to go for, just prefer first cyclists to follow the KISS principle. Usually i use a mild androgenic such as Tbol or var to close of my cycle in the final six weeks but prop is also a useful addition

yep tbol or var would great also. as long as there is something there to make up for those 2 weeks.
